Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return any unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product remains in its original condition to qualify for processing.

Register Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging and include the return form provided in your portal summary.

Ship the Items

Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
